Get to Know Me
I am an ex-building contractor for over 40 yrs. I have built hundreds of homes and personally done the work of all facets of both residential and commercial. Residential includes hundreds of single family homes and large apartment complexes.
Commercial projects have included in California a bank, fire station, in Nevada a 42 room motel, historic hotel major remodel, restaurant, 4 dental offices, Recently, 3 major remodels of buildings turned into dental offices in Africa.
My wife is in the nursing program here at Loma Linda University. Her schooling and work is keeping us here for 5 additional years.
To stay busy while my wife is in school I have decided to settle into a much less demanding work and take on small jobs enjoying every day while being productive. Our 10 year old daughter also adds much to my day.

Consultation
Every job begins with a free consultation. We will discuss your job thoroughly so I can provide you with the best possible solution.

Research
I will then research the cost of all materials needed for your job. I will provide you with a time frame for job completion along with a written estimate.

Execution
After I provide you with a start date and estimated completion date, I begin your job and day on it until completion.
